Economist & Growth Strategy Advisors - Frontier Markets

Using technology to empower vulnerable populations and reduce poverty in frontier markets.  Work with telecom operators, tech and finance companies, along with organizations such as USAID, the UN, the EU and the World Bank. Keeping a focus on agricultural market systems allows me to deploy into action these "techno-futurist" innovations, as agriculture feeds the vast majority of impoverished populations.

Mission: Digital & Financial Inclusion

Few tech innovations reach poor, largely agricultural communities, where the vast majority of impoverished populations live. We advise business, government, non-profit and citizen groups, strengthening the design, delivery and impact of their business models, development programs and partnerships on reaching these under-served consumers. Public sector clients: USAID, the UN, EU, World Bank; private sector clients: Gates Foundation, GSMA, telecoms, banks, other industry associations. While focused on the crusade for social justice and empowerment of vulnerable populations globally, we also keep active and grounded in the US and New York City’s local economic development with Girls Who Code and the conception of the new Culture Shed at Hudson Yards.  MF Development Group la in 2014 to assemble teams for special projects.
